Salmon Crudo & Shallot Serrano Sauce ❤️👌🏻a variation of this is my go to appetizer when hosting or when I’m in the mood for something fresh/light. 

The shaved tomatillo is a game changer! Trust me.

Ingredients:
 • 6-8 oz sushi grade salmon.
 • 2 small shallots or 1 large.
 • 3 tbsp fresh dill.
 • 1 large serrano.
 • 1 tbsp tamari.
 • 1.5 tsp sesame oil.
 • 1/2 orange (juice)
 • 3 tbsp chives.
 • 1 lemon (zest and juice).
 • 1/4 cup olive oil + more for drizzling.
 • 2 persian cucumbers (thinly sliced).
 • 1-2 tomatillos (thinly shaved)
 • japanese mayo.

Directions:
 • 1.- chop the shallot and serranos together, then using the back of your knife.
 • 2.- add that to a bowl with the chives, dill, sesame oil, tamari, orange and 1/2 lemon juice. driz
