Ingredients
• ▢1/2 cup butter softened
• ▢1 cup brown sugar
• ▢1/4 cup milk
• ▢2 large eggs
• ▢4 cups diced apples 4 large apples
• ▢1 tsp vanilla
• ▢2 cups all purpose flour
• ▢2 tsp baking powder
• ▢1 tsp salt
• ▢1 tsp apple pie spice substitute (1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp nutmeg)
• ▢2 tbsp butter melted
• ▢1/2 cup flour
• ▢1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9×5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside.
• In a large bowl or stand mixer, combine the butter, brown sugar, milk, eggs and vanilla. Beat on medium speed until mixture is creamy. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt and apple pie spice (or cinnamon and nutmeg). Gradually add the flour mixture to the large bowl and mix until fully
