KESAR KAJU BURFI

Method

- take 2 cup sieved cashew powder (for that you will need 400 gm cashews)
 • - Now in a pan, take 3/4th cup sugar
 • - add 3/4th cup water in the pan
 • - male 1 tar chasni
 • - into chasni add diluted kesar
 • - now lower the heat and add cashew powder
 • - Stir continuously and let mixture come together like a dough
 • - add 1 tbs ghee and some Cardamom powder
 • - Once the dough leaves the pan, take out the dough in a well greased parchment paper or the setting tray
 • - give the dough correct shape and thickness
 • - let it cool for 1/2 an hour
 • - now cut and garnish with pista and rose petals
 • Enjoy Diwali and New Year in Kesar Kaju Burfi

Kaju Katli Truffles - 1 cup cashews - 1/2 cup sugar - 1/4 cup water - 1 tsp ghee (more if required) - 200g melted white chocolate - cardamom powder 1. Powder 1 cup cashews and make a sungle string sugar syrup using half a cup sugar and some water. 2. Add the powdered cashew to it and let it cook for 7-8 mins till it starts leaving the sides of the pan. Add some ghee 3. Take the mix out on a parchment paper. Knead this while it is still warm for about 8 to 10 minutes. Let it cool down 4. Form round balls from this and dip them in some white chocolate and let it set in freezer for about 30 minutes before garnishing with cardamom powder and rose petals! 💙🪔
