Cauliflower Mash Recipe
• - 1 head cauliflower
• - 1 tbsp butter
• - 1 oz cream cheese
• - garlic salt
• - 4 garlic cloves

Chop up head of cauliflower into large florets
• Boil cauliflower & garlic cloves in a large pot of water for 7 min or until cauliflower is fork tender
• Drain water from pot but keep the cauliflower + garlic cloves in there
• Add a pinch of salt and break up the cauliflower with a wooden spoon
• Continue to cook cauliflower 2-3 minutes to cook off excess moisture
• Add cauliflower, garlic cloves, butter, cream cheese and garlic salt to a blender or food processor
• Blend till smooth and serve

For all my last minute folks out there… this is about as low effort as it gets and is real real good 👏 If you’re supposed to bring a side dish tomorrow and freaking out- yoooooo, take a deep breath and chill- you got this🙏. Trust me 😉

All ya need is:
• 1 head of Cauliflower
• Cheese: cheddar and parmesan
• Spices: I used garlic powder, paprika, oregano, black pepper and salt

•1 tsp Avocado oil

-Boil cauliflower for 5 minutes and drain completely. Place cauliflower in a bowl and toss with the avocado oil and add in your spices. Cover with cheese of choice, I used cheddar and parmesan: 1.5-2 cups of shredded cheddar and about a 1/2 cup of parmesan. Add more of both if you prefer. Bake at 400 for 12-15 minutes or until cheese it melted. Broil the last few minutes if you prefer.
