let’s make gudetama mango pudding 🥭  mango pudding recipe  • 1/4 cup cold water   • 2 1/2 tsp gelatin powder  • 320g mango (about 2 mangoes)  • 2 tbsp honey (adjust depending on mango ripeness)  • 2/3 cup coconut milk  Maraschino cherries (optional)  Instructions  • 1. Mix gelatin powder and water together in a small bowl  • 2. Blend mango and honey in blender and strain purée to remove any remaining mango fibers  • 3. Add gelatin mixture, mango purée, and coconut milk into a pan and mix together over medium heat until gelatin dissolves completely  • 4. Taste mixture and adjust sweetness as needed  • 5. Pour mixture into glasses and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours  • 6. Serve with whipped cream and maraschino cherries

Ingredients
 • 2 ripe Alphonso/Normal Ripe Mangoes
 • 2 regular raw mango (kairi)
 • 1/2 cup to 3/4th cup sugar (depending on how sweet your mangoes are)
 • 1 teaspoon of lime juice
 • 1.5 cups cold water (more if you want it thinner)

Process:
 • • Start by chopping the Mangoes & Raw Mango into tiny pieces
 • • Add the chopped mango & raw mango to a blender with 1/2 cup water & blend until it is nice & smooth
 • • Add the mixture to a pot or pan along with 1/2 a cup of water & 1/2 cup sugar
 • • Let the sugar melt on low heat & stir the mixture regularly
 • • Once the sugar has melted, cook the mixture for 5-7 minutes on medium-low until it thickens up and has this glossy shine
 • • Strain the mixture (strain it twice for an extra smooth consistency)
 • • Add water as needed (I added 1

Pour milk and condensed milk into a container and whisk until the condensed milk is completely mixed with milk and no lumps are left. Freeze overnight.  2. Make the mango syrup by combining mango puree, sugar, and water and heating it till everything comes together into a syrup consistency.  3. Take a blender/grinder and add the frozen milk block to it. Grind to achieve shaved ice-like consistency.  4. Quickly add half of the shaven mixture to a serving plate. Top it with some condensed milk and mango syrup.  5. Add the remaining ice mixture on top of it and add some more mango syrup.
