homemade peanut butter 🫶🏼 you literally just need one ingredient to make this homemade peanut butter — peanuts!

ingredients
 • 1lb (16oz) dry roasted peanuts (or raw, see notes)

instructions
 • 1. add the peanuts to your food processor and process for 5 minutes until smooth and creamy. 
 • 2. add the peanut butter to a sealed container and store in the fridge or pantry for 2-3 weeks.

notes
 • feel free to add some sweetener, salt, and/or vanilla extract to the peanut butter for more flavor. i recommend at least adding some salt!
 • i use a 14-cup food processor. if you use a smaller one you may need to process the peanut butter for a longer time.
 • if your food processor gets too hot while processing, give it short breaks between processing spurts.
 • if you use raw peanuts, roast

 • 450g Light Yogurt
 • 80g PBFit
 • 120g 1/3 fat Cream Cheese
 • 100 calorie pie crust
 • 90g Sugar free cool whip
 • 3 Reese thins
 • 15g Peanuts
 • Directions:
 • In a Large bowl mix together light yogurt, PB2, and 1/3 fat cream cheese. 
 • Pour into pie crust
 • Smooth sugar Free cool whip on top. 
 • Sprinkle sugar free Chocolate Chips and crushed peanuts on top. 
 • Place in freezer for 30 minutes. Or refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
