¼ cup coconut flour

½ cup tapioca flour

1/8 teaspoon salt

2 eggs

1/3 cup maple syrup

1/3 cup butter or ghee melted

Filing:

1 cup pecans pieces optional

16 medjool dates

1 teaspoon cinnamon

2/3 cup maple syrup

Frosting:

5 ounces whole milk greek vanilla yogurt

½ cup whipped cream cheese

2 cups powdered sugar

I grew up on a Cinnabon and these arguably give them a run for their money 🫢 

Easily gluten free, easily dairy free, easily vegan, easily low sugar, even easily high protein with a scoop or two of unflavored collagen thrown in 

Ingredients:
 • 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour OR self rising flour (option to use gluten free blends) 
 • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder ONLY if you use AP flour 
 • 1/2 tsp salt 
 • 1 cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt for vegan
 • 2 tbsp granulated sweetener of choice (sugar or monkfruit) 

Filling Ingredients:
 • 1/2 cup melted butter OR coconut oil for vegan 
 • 1/3 cup brown sugar 
 • 1/3 cup white granulated sweetener (sugar or monkfruit)

Dough
 • 1 3/4 cups self-raising flour ( if not use normal or gluten free flour and add 1.5 Tbsp baking powder )
 • 1 tbsp icing sugar 
 • 1 cup vegan Greek yoghurt
 • pinch of salt 

Filling
 • 1/4 cup brown sugar
 • 1 tbsp cinnamon
 • 2 tbsp softened butter

Glaze
 • 2 tbsp icing sugar 
 • 1 tbsp vegan Greek yoghurt
 • 1 tsp vanilla extract 

Method:
 • Preheat oven to 180C/356F. In a bowl, sift together dry dough ingredients. Add yoghurt and stir until a dough forms (if mixture is too dry add extra yoghurt, 1 tbsp at a time or if mixture is too wet add extra flour, 1 tbsp at a time). Place on a floured surface and knead until smooth. Roll out to a thin rectangular shape (approx 30cm x 20cm) and 1cm t
