It’s a great way to start the day with protein (18g), omega 3’s and vitamin C 🙂 Serves 1 Ingredients: - 1/3 tsp matcha - 1/2 cup soy milk - 1/2 cup soy yogurt divided - 1.5 tbsp chia seeds - 1/2 cup frozen mango - 2 tbsp water - option to add swetener Instructions: 1. Combine the matcha and milk and whisk to remove clumps 1. In a jar, combine 1/4 cup yogurt, chia seeds, sweetener if using and matcha milk. Allow to set in the fridge overnight. 2. Blend the mango and water. 3.
