ATTA NEER DOSA / GODHUMA (GODHI) DOSA

Method

- In a bowl, take 1 cup atta
 • - add 3 tbs rice flour (chawal atta)
 • - add 2 cup water (add more if need)
 • - then add Salt & Pepper
 • - also some Jeera (cumin seeds) & Coriander
 • - mix it all up and make sure you get consistency right; not too much water too and not too thick either
 • - make sure pan is piping hot; then slow the flame and rub oil with the tissue paper
 • - then again increase the flamr, pour the batter on pan
 • - make sure it is nicely spread evenly and dosa will be ready in quick time
 • Enjoy with chutney- I didn’t need sambhar with it either
