For Meat;   • 2 medium chicken (16 pieces)   • 1 cup full fat Greek yogurt  • 2 tbsp salt  • 2 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder   • 1 tbsp chilli flakes   • 2 tbsp coriander powder   • 2 tbsp cumin powder   • 1/2 tbsp turmeric   • 2 tbsp biryani masala(watch previous biryani video for recipes)   • 6-7 garlic cloves  • 3 inches ginger root  • 4 large tomatoes   • 2 green chillies   • 1 cup fried onions   • 1/2 cup mint chopped   • 1/2 cup coriander chopped   Add all ingredients in a bowl and Marinate for 30 minutes.   Use the same fried onions oil for meat. Add in a pot; heat and add meat. Cook until tender and oil separates.   For Rice;   • 1.5 kgs Rice (

 • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
 • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
 • 1 tsp Garam Masala 
 • 1 tsp Coriander powder
 • 1 tsp Cumin powder
 • 5 tsp Chicken Biryani masala (Baadshah or Everest)
 • 1.5 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
 • Few chopped Coriander Leaves
 • Few Chopped Mint Leaves
 • Few Fried Onions

Chicken Dum Biryani:
 • 400gms Basmati rice
 • 6 tbsp Vegetable oil
 • 2 inch Cinnamon Stick
 • 4 Dry red chillies
 • 4 Bay leaves
 • Marinated Chicken
 • Salt to taste
 • 6tbsp Ghee
 • 4 large Onions (Fried)
 • 1/2 cup chopped Coriander leaves
 • 1/2 cup chopped Mint leaves
 • Saffron(soaked in milk)

 • ▪️ First step is to wash and soak 4cup of rice in water for approx 45 min. 
 • ▪️To Marinate chicken in a bowl 
 • Add Chicken -1.5kg 
 • Curd -250grams 
 • Red chilli powder-2tbsp
 • Ginger garlic paste -4tbsp
 • Garam masala-1/2tsp
 • Cardamom powder-1/2tsp
 • Dry Rose petals(optional)-1tbsp
 • Bayleaf-2
 • Star Anise-1

 • Whole Cardamom -4
 • Cloves -5-6
 • Black pepper-5-6
 • Salt -1tbsp (as per need ) 
 • Kewra water-1tsp
 • Ginger Juliennes-1tbsp
 • Finely choppped green chillies-1tbsp
 • Coriander leaves-1cup
 • Mint leaves-1/2cup

 • 1 star anise, 1 nutmeg, 2 mace sticks, 5-6 green cardamom, 10-12 almonds grind into a powder and set a side
 • in another bowl collect more spices. 5-6 black pepper whole, few cinnamon sticks, 3-4 cloves, 1 tbsp cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 2 TBSP CORIANDER POWDER, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp red chilli powder, 1 tbsp red chilli flakes.

 • In 1 cup oil add 4 large sliced tomatoes, 3-4 green chillies, a tbsp of tamarind and spices as I showed in the reel. 2 tbsp fresh ginger garlic paste, 5-6 dry plum, I don’t have plum that why didn’t add in.
