Recipe: - Get your favorite oysters! (I got mine from Publix but Whole Foods has great deals on Fridays!) - Clean your oysters (water, vinegar, lemon/lime juice) - Grill the oysters until they begin to open slightly - Make a cheese sauce/base! I used cheddar cheese and a 3 blend cheese I had in the refrigerator. (Use what you like) - Add a milk or heavy whipping cream for your cheese sauce. I used coconut milk.  - Seasonings: Paprika, Black Pepper, Salt, Italian Seasoning, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder - Add spinach to the base - Add the cheese base/sauce to the oysters - Add more cheese and top with paprika  - Broil in the oven until golden (5 mins or until golden) - Enjoy! 🥰
