• 12 Plum tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped (about 6 cups)

• 1/3 cup Sweet red or green pepper

Canned Goods

• 3 cans (6 ounces each) tomato paste

Condiments

• 1 tbsp Honey

• 1/3 cup Lime juice

Baking & Spices

• 1 1/2 tsp Salt

• 1 tbsp Sugar

Oils & Vinegars

• 1/4 cup Olive oil

• 1/3 cup White vinegar
