In a medium bowl, mix together mashed banana, peanut butter, honey, peanuts, and plain yogurt until fully combined. 2. Spoon mix onto a parchment lined baking sheet (makes 10-12) and then flatten into a disc shape. 3. Put in freezer for about an hour until fully hardened. 4. Remove from freezer and completely coat in melted chocolate. Place back onto parchment paper and sprinkle with sea salt if desired. Return to freezer for a few minutes until hard and enjoy! 5. Store in a freezer safe container in the freezer.

In a bowl, add eggs, maple syrup, and coconut oil. Mix in pumpkin purée and vanilla. Set the wet mixture aside. In another bowl, add in flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and pumpkin pie spice. Add dry ingredients to wet and fold together. Bake 45-50 minutes.⁣ cool completely before adding glaze!
