You should totally make this single serve DOUBLE chocolate chip cookie for your crush this weekend 😉 🍫

🍫Recipe below🍪
 • 3 tbs butter, melted
 • 3 tbs brown sugar
 • 1 1/2 tbs granulated sugar
 • 1 egg
 • 1/2 tsp vanilla
 • 1/4 tsp baking soda
 • 6 tbs flour
 • 1 1/2 tbs cocoa powder
 • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (plus more for topping)

Melt butter in microwave or on stovetop and let cool. Add sugars and mix until combined. Add egg. Mix and add vanilla. Add in flour, cocoa powder and baking soda. Mix and add chocolate chips. Refrigerate for at least 30 mins. Form into two cookies and top with more chocolate chips. Bake at 350 for 15 mins or until golden brown. Enjoy! ✨🍪

Ingredients:
 • 1/2 cup peanut butter (120 ml)
 • 1/4 cup maple syrup (60 ml)
 • 1/2 cup gluten-free flour (120 ml)
 • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
 • 1 teaspoon baking powder
 • 1. Mix the wet ingredients together
 • 2. Add the dry ingredients and stir until combined
 • 3. Roll into small balls
 • 4. Place the balls on a baking pan lined with parhment paper
 • 5. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees (350 in Fahrenheit) for about 10 minutes
