Ground flaxseed is mixed in with flour to add fiber and omega 3 fats. I eat 2 for a filling breakfast.  🔹Southwest Quinoa Salad: Quinoa, bell pepper, black beans, and corn mixed with spices for a tasty high fiber and high protein salad. I also made a chipotle lime dressing with a Greek yogurt base for more flavor. You can enjoy it cold or warm. I paired it with shrimp seasoned with chili powder so I like to have it warm.   🔹Curry Chicken and Lentils: a quick and easy meal made in the instant pot. Add everything in and cook!
