 • 3 tbsp nut butter (almond & cashew butter work well)

chocolate coating
 • 4oz unsweetened chocolate (or 9oz sweetened chocolate)
 • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup (omit if using sweetened chocolate)
 • 2 tbsp coconut oil (use 1 tbsp if using sweetened chocolate)

1. preheat the oven to 350F. while the oven preheats, mix together the wafer ingredients (if the dough is too dry add more water, if too wet add more almond flour).
