Raspberry Oatmeal Bars

Ingredients for Jam
 • 3 cups of raspberries
 • 1/3 cup D'vash date syrup

1/4 cup of water

Add all of the ingredients together in a small stock pot and place over medium heat. Cook for 10 minutes, smash berries down some and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes until liquids are gone. Set aside.

Ingredients for bars
 • 12 tbsp butter, I used a df
 • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
 • 3/4 cup 1.1 GF flour
 • 1 cup of oats
 • 1/2 cup of date syrup
 • 1 tsp vanilla extract
 • 1/2 tsp kosher salt

1 1/4 tsp baking powder

Peheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 8x8 baking dish with baking spray. In a bowl add all of the ingredients and with a fork or pastry cutter, mix together. Press 2/3 of the mixture into the bottom of the pan, pour the jam on top and sprinkle the remai
