I grew up on a Cinnabon and these arguably give them a run for their money 🫢 

Easily gluten free, easily dairy free, easily vegan, easily low sugar, even easily high protein with a scoop or two of unflavored collagen thrown in 

Ingredients:
 • 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour OR self rising flour (option to use gluten free blends) 
 • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder ONLY if you use AP flour 
 • 1/2 tsp salt 
 • 1 cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt for vegan
 • 2 tbsp granulated sweetener of choice (sugar or monkfruit) 

Filling Ingredients:
 • 1/2 cup melted butter OR coconut oil for vegan 
 • 1/3 cup brown sugar 
 • 1/3 cup white granulated sweetener (sugar or monkfruit)
 • 1 tbsp cinnamon 
 • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Knead into dough. 2) Roll the dough into rectangular, brush it with slight amount of melted butter. 3) Add coconut sugar abd cinnamon. 4) Roll the dough into cylinder and cut into little pieces. 5) Bake at 350F or 180C for about 15-20 minutes.
