Roasted Poha Chivda (Namkeen Snack)
Ingredients   • You need:  - 1/2 cup sooji  • - 1/2 cup rice flour   • - 3 tbsp maida or aata  • - 2 tbsp dahi  • - 2 cups water (can add 0.5 cup more if required)  • - salt   • - 4-5 green chilies chopped  • - 1 tsp jeera  • - 1 onion chopped (optional)  - coriander leaves   Tips:  1. Your pan should be very HOT when you add the batter. After adding the batter, lower the heat  • 2. Season your pan by putting some oil, then sprinkle water on top and then wipe the pan lightly with a tissue  • 3. Instant batter needs to be set for at least 15 mins before you use it   • 4. Once the color of the batter on the pan starts to change, add oil and let the dosa get crispy on low heat. This takes around 2-3 mins   • 5. Once crispy, fold in half & serve!   •
