Dinner last night was Walnut & Rosemary Oven-Fried Chicken and Lemon Risotto with Peas, Tarragon, & Leeks. The chicken was the better of the two recipes, the walnut/panko bread crumb crust gave the chicken a pleasant crunch. images/myrecipes
