 • melted butter
brown sugar
 • ricotta
 • bananas
 • dark chocolate
 • blueberries
 • chocolate spread
 • chopped pistachios

- lay out the filo pastry and cut once lengthwise down the middle.
 • - Brush the halfed pastry sheet with melted butter and place another layer on top and repeat the process. Now sprinkle about a tbsp of brown sugar on the dough and put 1-2 tbsp of ricotta, sliced bananas, chocolate and berries in the lower right corner.
 • - Fold the bottom edge inwards by about 1-2 cm and fold it diagonally, starting from the bottom right, into a triangle.
 • - If there is any butter left over, spread it on the top and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

Feta spinach phyllo (filo) rolls - the perfect snack, or a savory appetizer ☀️

Feta spinach filling
1 tbsp butter 
1 red onion
2 garlic cloves
200 g spinach 
200 g feta cheese 
100 g cheddar cheese 
Salt and pepper to taste

Phyllo (filo) pastry
50 g melted butter to grease the pastry sheets
Water
Sesame seeds

Store-bought pastry sheets - I use 4 sheets per roll, and spray each sheet with a butter and water mix.

Bake at 190C (375F) for 30-35 minutes.

Baked Feta in Filo with Honey and Sesame seeds   Ingredients: * 3 tbsp melted butter or ghee * 200g pack feta, cut into 2 rectangles* 2 large filo pastry sheets * Thyme* 1 tbsp sesame seeds* Honey* Salad leaves to serve  Directions: Preheat the oven to 180C. Spread the filo sheet and brush with melted butter. Spread some fresh thyme over it and fold in half. Place the feta at the end of a rectangle and wrap the filo around the cheese, brushing with butter as you go to make it stick. Don't wrap too tight as the cheese will expand during baking. Brush the outside of the pastry with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for about 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven, drizzle with honey and sprinkle more thyme leaves. Serve with salad leaves.
