ingredients✨
 • 5 Tbsp. sea salt
 • 2 quarts chlorine-free water
 • 4-6 bay leaves
 • 1 head of garlic, peeled
 • 1 Tbsp dried or 2 large heads of dill
 • Spices to taste: black peppercorns, red pepper flakes, mustard seeds, etc. 
 • Enough pickling cucumbers (just the tips cut off) 

½-gallon mason jar

✨Instructions✨

1. Dissolve 5 tablespoons sea salt in 2 quarts of chlorine-free water

2. In a half-gallon jar add a couple of bay leaves, a few cloves of garlic, the heads of dill, and ⅓ of the spices.
 • Pack half of the cucumbers tightly on top of the spices.

Repeat a layer of leaves, garlic, and spices. Add another tightly packed layer of cucumbers and top them off with more garlic and spices.

3. Pour the brine over the pickles, leaving 1-2 inches of headspace

30min · 20 servings     A simple fermented cucumber pickle recipe which will be done in about a week!  Ingredients:  • 2.5 lbs Pickling Cucumbers  • 2 Tbs. Salt dissolved in 3 C. Cold Water  • Additions like garlic, dill, peppers  Ferment on the counter for 5-14 days and spoon off any scum that might form on the top. Fermentation will occur faster in warmer weather. Makes 1/2 gallon. Enjoy!

Homemade pickles in 1 Hour!

Ingredients:
 • 1 liter of hot water
 • 2 heaping tbsp of salt
 • ½ cup vinegar
 • 20-25 Small green cucumbers
 • 1 Hot green pepper
 • ½ head of garlic

 1 tbsp of whole black pepper

preparation method:
 • In a glass jug mix hot water, salt and vinegar.
 • In a glass jar add green cucumbers, hot pepper, cloves of garlic and whole black pepper are mixed together.
 • Pour the water with the salt and vinegar until the jar is full.
 • In a medium pot with lukewarm water, place the jar with the lid open and turn on the heat on a medium flame for 45 minutes to an hour from the moment of boiling.
 • As soon as the cucumbers get the color of a pickle, close the lid and put in the refrigerator until it cools down.
 • prepared! Enjoy
