Can’t wait to share the recipe with you! 😋 #ChocolateHeaven #HomemadeDelight”  Chocolate Caramel Cake Recipe  For the Caramel:  Ingredients:  • 14 oz (400 g) fresh cream • 3.5 oz (100 g) milk • 11 oz (310 g) glucose • Vanilla to taste • 6.7 oz (190 g) sugar • A pinch of Maldon salt • 5 oz (140 g) butter  Instructions:  1. Heat cream, milk, glucose, and vanilla. 2. Caramelize 190 g of sugar to 365°F (185°C). 3. Add the milk and cream mixture to the caramel with a pinch of salt. 4. Mix and boil until it reaches 221°F (105°C). 5. Filter and cool to 158°F (70°C). 6. Add butter and blend with a mini beamer. 7. Let it cool completely. INGREDIENTS
 • * 2 sheets puff pastry, defrosted
 • * 2 oz (56 gr) butter, at room temperature
 • * 1/2 cup (55 gr) almond flour
 • * 1/4 cup (50 gr) sugar, plus 1 tablespoon for counter
 • * 2 eggs, divided
 • * 1/4 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
 • * almond slices, to sprinkle on top

INSTRUCTIONS
 • 1. In a medium bowl, add the butter, almond flour and sugar. And mix until well blended.
 • 2. Add the almond extract, if using, and 1 whole egg and 1 egg white. Save 1 egg yolk for later. Mix well.
 • 3. On the counter, sprinkle some sugar and roll
