• 10 Olives with pimento stuffing
• 1/2 cup Tomato concentrate
Condiments
• 1/4 cup Sofrito mixture
Baking & Spices
• 2 tsp Adobo spice blend
• 1 Salt and pepper
• 2 tsp Sazon seasoning with annatto
Oils & Vinegars
• 1 tbsp Olive oil
• 2 tsp Red wine vinegar
Beer, Wine & Liquor
• 1/3 cup Red wine, dry
