These ladoos are super healthy and a lovely sweet to serve over Diwali and also helps in keeping you warm with changing weather. 

The best part is it gets ready in just 15minutes. Consume them in 2 weeks. And make sure to store it in an air tight container.

Written recipe:

Ingredients: 
 • 1/2 cup Almonds
 • 1/2 cup cashews
 • 1/4th cup pistachios 
 • 2 tbsp mixed seeds
 • 1 tbsp chia seeds
 • 14-16 pitted unsweetened dates

•1 tbsp Kewra water

Method: 1. Dry roast almonds, cashews & seeds for 5 minutes on low flame. Just when a slight nutty aroma starts rolling in, add chia seeds and sauté for a few seconds on medium flame. 

2. Cool it down for 2-3 minutes. Grind it with dates and kewra

Ingredients (makes 30 balls): 
 • 3/4 cup cashews
 • 1/4 cup almonds
 • 1/4 cup flax seeds
 • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
 • 1 cup pumpkin seeds (@organiculesg)
 • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
 • 1 cup pitted dates

1/4 cup coconut oil

Directions: Pulse all ingredients except dates and coconut oil until you get a coarse texture. Add in your dates and coconut oil once the nuts and seeds have been pulsed. Blend together until you get a lightly sticky paste. Roll them into balls with your hand and keep for a week.

Easy Alsi Pinni -Flaxseed bars- Alsi squares – Alsi Ladoo - Protein balls  It is December and during this cold winter time I love having different forms of nuts and enjoy them with a cup of tea. This Alsi/ flexseeds treat is perfect for cold weather and it is healthy and full of nutrients.  I have made an easy version of Alsi pinni , you can make them in pinni shape or pour the mixture in a baking pan and cut in to squares.   Alsi or Flexseeds are loaded with nutrients. Alsi pinni is a delicious energy ball made with wheat flour, flaxseeds and nuts  * Flaxseed is a good source of many nutrients, including protein, fiber, omega-3 fatty acids, thiamine, and copper.  • *   • Method:  • Wheat flour- ata 250 g  • Jaggery or Goor 250 g  • Ghee 250 g  • 100 g Almonds  • Walnuts 50 g  Alsi/ Fle

White Til-1 cup *
Black TIL-1/2 cup*
Jaggery-2/3 cup
Dry ginger Powder-1/2 tsp
Green Cardamom Powder-1/2 tsp

To prepare the ladoos, follow these steps:

1.    Roast flax seeds in a pan until they start spluttering.
2.    Roast white sesame seeds (Til) until fragrant.
3.    Roast black sesame seeds (Til) until cooked and aromatic.
4.    Combine the roasted seeds in a blender jar.
5.    Add crushed jaggery, dry ginger powder, and cardamom powder to the jar.
6.    Blend the mixture until well combined.
7.    Shape the mixture into ladoos and serve.
