 • 2.5c oats
 • 1/2c raw pecans 
 • 1/3c sliced almonds
 • 3tbsp hemp seeds
 • 3tbsp shredded coconut
 • 1tsp cinnamon
 • salt, to taste
 • 1/2c maple syrup
 • 1tbsp vanilla extract

1/4c melted coconut oil

preheat oven to 300. mix wet & dry together. spread out granola on parchment paper and cook until toasted ~ 30-40min. let cool & enjoy!

 • - 1/2 tbsp cinnamon

- 1/2 tsp salt

𝘿𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨:
 • 1) Mix all the ingredients together
 • 2) Let it sit for 20 minutes
 • 3) Roll in a flat surface
 • 4) Cut into squares
 • 5) Bake @ 350°F for 10 minutes

6) Let cool, break into pieces, add milk, and enjoy!

Healthy Homemade Granola 

Ingredients
 • 💛 3 cups of rolled oats 
 • 💛 1/3 cup of nut butter (almond butter, peanut butter, or tahini are all great options) 
 • 💛 1/3 cup of maple syrup 
 • 💛 1 cup of pecans 
 • 💛 1 tbsp of ground cinnamon 
 • 💛 1/2 tsp of fine salt 

Instructions 
 • 💛 Preheat oven to 180 degrees or 250F
 • 💛 Bake pecans for 3-4 mins in the oven, remove and set aside (keep oven on)
 • 💛 Mix maple syrup and nut butter in a small bowl 
 • 💛 Add oats, nut butter & maple syrup, cinnamon, & salt to a large bowl. Mix well, slowly adding all ingredients to the oats to ensure it is evenly mixed through 
 • 💛 Spread onto a baking lined tray 
 • 💛 Bake for 10 minutes 
 • 💛 Remove, let cool, and add to an airtight jar

 • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
 • 1 cup raw nuts and/or seeds
 • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
 • ½ teaspoon salt
 • ½ cup melted coconut oil
 • ½ cup honey
 • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 • ½ cup dried fruit

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat the oven to 300˚F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, combine oats, nuts or seeds, salt and cinnamon. Add the coconut oil, honey and vanilla and stir again until the mixture is well combined.

3. Transfer the granola mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer. Bake until the granola is golden brown, stirring halfway through, about 30 minutes.

4. Allow the granola to cool completely, then stir in the dried fruit and any optional add-ins you’d like.
