2 cups warm (almost hot) water 2 tsp active dry yeast 4 tbsp oil or melted butter 2 eggs 1/2 cup sugar or honey 2 tsp salt 6 1/2 cups organic all purpose flour  Mix all your ingredients together (minus the flour) until combined. Slowly add your flour while mixing until the dough comes away from the sides of the bowl and is not sticky. Knead it until smooth, and place it in a greased bowl. Cover with a wet towel and let it rise for 1 to 1.5 hours— until doubled in size.  Punch down your dough and cut into 32 equal sized pieces. Shape into balls and place them on your tray or lined cookie sheet. Cover with the wet towel and let rise for another 30-45 mins— until puffed. Place in a 350 degree oven for 15-18 mins, until golden brown. Brush the tops with butter if you’d like, and enjoy! These are the best jumbo dinner rolls that my mom has been making for years. The dough is extra soft and tender thanks to the addition of butter, milk, and eggs! So tasty!

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons instant yeast

½ cup warm water

2 cups milk

½ cup butter, cut into 8 pieces

½ cup granulated sugar

2 teaspoons salt

2 large eggs

6.5 to 7.5 cups all-purpose flour
