Ingredients:

Bottom oat chocolate layer:
 • 1/3 cup rolled oats
 • 2/3 cup plant based milk
 • 1 TBSP chia seeds
 • 1 TBSP peanut butter 
 • 1/2 banana
 • 2 TBSP cashew yogurt 

1 TBSP cacao 

Top PB layer:
 • 2 T cashew yogurt 
 • 1 T peanut butter 

1 tsp honey or maple syrup 

Optional toppings:

peanuts 

1.Put all the Chocolate Oat ingredients to a blender and blend well.
 • 2.Pour into a bowl and put in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
 • 3.When you are ready to eat, take a small bowl and mix all the ingredients for PB layer.
 • 4.Put PB layer over oat layer add optional toppings and enjoy!!
