Greek Yogurt Based Bagels: - 2 cups of flour - 1/4 tsp of salt - 2 tsp of baking powder - 1 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt • Mix dry ingredients then add yogurt • Knead the dough for 2-3 minutes or until the dough is smooth • Form into a ball and cut into 4 pieces • Form a ball from the pieces and poke a hole through the middle (for the bagel shape) • Add some egg wash for the color then place in the oven at 350 Fahrenheit (175 Celsius) for 30 minutes or until golden brown
