9 Easy Homemade Infused Simple Syrups
30min · 10 servings     Ingredients:  • 1/2 cup water  • 1/2 cup honey  • 5 rosemary sprigs   Add equal parts honey & water (I usually do 1/2 a cup) with about 5 rosemary sprigs to a small saucepan over low/medium heat, stirring occasionally.  • The syrup should begin to start simmering after about 5-7 minutes. As soon as it starts a low boil, take the pan off the heat and let the syrup steep & cool for at least 15 minutes.  • Then, you'll want to strain out the rosemary sprigs and let the syrup cool completely before adding to your cocktail!  • You can get creative and use any herbs and ingredients you want! I love to add sliced ginger for mules or jalapeños for spicy margaritas!  • To store, pour your simple syrup in an airtight container and stick in the fridge for up to two weeks.
