What you need: ⁠  • - 9 oz package BUITONI Three Cheese Tortellini ⁠  • - 3/4 cup water⁠  • - 1/2 container BUITONI Alfredo⁠ Sauce⁠  • -1 tsp oregano  • -salt and pepper to taste  • ⁠  • Directions: ⁠  • Step 1: Heat a pan over medium heat. Add Alfredo sauce and water. You’ll need:
 • 2 TBSP olive oil
 • 2 TBSP of minced garlic
 • 1 cup of chicken broth
 • 1 cup of heavy cream
 • 1 cup of Parmesan cheese
 • 1 tsp of red pepper flakes

 • 2 eggs, whole⁠
 • 2 egg yolks⁠
 • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated⁠
 • 2 Tbsp pasta water (optional)⁠
 • Pepper, to serve⁠

Directions,⁠

1. Add Pancetta to cold pan, then turn heat on to medium high. Cook in pan until it browns. Meanwhile, cook tortellini according to package instructions.⁠

2. In a bowl, mix egg, egg yolk and cheese.⁠

3. Add cooked tortellini into the pan and gently toss.⁠

4. Remove pan from heat, and let it rest for about 10 seconds. Add the egg and cheese mixture to the pan and toss until pasta is coated. If sauce is too thick, add pasta water to loosen it up.⁠

Creamy, Baked Boursin & Chicken Pasta | inspired by the viral baked feta pasta, but with garlic herb Boursin cheese & smokey chicken for added protein. This is the perfect weeknight dinner, meal prep or make ahead meal🙌🏼 

Recipe:
 • boil pasta of choice al dente & reserve 1/4 cup pasta water
 • in a baking dish, toss in 24oz cherry tomatoes 
 • stir in 1tbsp olive oil to coat tomatoes
 • sprinkle pink salt over tomatoes 
 • add two garlic herb boursin cheese to center
 • drizzle 1tbsp olive oil over cheese
 • top cheese with 1tsp paprika, 1tbsp parsley & 1tsp crushed red pepper

•bake uncovered in oven at 400 for 15-20min (once tomatoes start bursting, then it’s ready)
