If you have old weedy pavers, try this! It was a very easy DIY and looks like new! We put square pavers in a diamond shape in the middle and it looks like they were always meant to be there. Then added new Polymeric sand through on the old and new pavers, so it looks like it was all done at once! My old patio looks brand new again! Head over the the blog for more DIY!
