This stunning Cerulean Blue antique dress is a must have historical piece . It's made of silk sateen ( most likely ) and cotton. It's in very good antique condition however there are a couple of stain marks in silk which are hard to detect . There are several areas where the sequins have become detached ( but could be an easy fix. Back hook and eye closure. Measurements are bust 36" waist 26 " hips 44 .. can be worn with care. Picked up this beauty from Arles, FR. Jacket is from the early 1800's. Traditional early 19th century french fashion referred to as a Spencer Jacket.
