Broth:  1 tbsp neutral oil  1 white onion, finely chopped  1 shallot, finely chopped  3 garlic cloves, finely chopped  2–3 tbsp gochujang  1 tbsp white miso paste  1 tsp sesame oil  1 tin coconut milk + 1 tin of water  1.5 tbsp soy sauce  1 tbsp mirin    ---  🍜 Other Ingredients:  1 packet of udon noodles  Veg of choice    ---  🌿 To Serve:  Spring onion, finely chopped  Fried shallots  Chilli crisp oil  Coriander    ---  🔪 Method:  1. Heat neutral oil in a pot. Sauté onion, shallot, and garlic until soft.   2. Add gochujang, miso paste, and sesame oil. Stir until combined.   3. Pour in coconut milk, the same tin filled with water, soy sauce, and mirin. Simmer while cooking noodles and veg.   4. In boiling water, cook udon noodles for 1–2 minutes. Add vegetables based on their cooking ti

I’ve got less than 10 mins to make lunch so lets make some gochujang peanut butter noodles 🥢  - 2 tbsp peanut butter - 2 tsp gochujang - 1 garlic clove, minced - 1 tsp ginger, grated - 1 tsp brown rice miso paste - 1 tbsp soy sauce - 1.5 tbsp agave syrup - 1/2 lime squeezed - 1/4 cup noodle water  Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Add in your cooked noodles of choice (I used rice) with 1/4 cup noodle water, mix together. Gochujang Pasta Recipe  Gochujang Pasta is like the Asian version of vodka sauce, so aka my favorite food fusion ever! It’s so creamy, sauces, spicy & slightly sweet. & it takes 15 minutes to make! Here’s how:  Ingredients  * 8 oz long pasta noodles (I used Canule)  * 2 tbsp butter  * 2 garlic cloves, minced  * 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes  * 1/4 tsp salt  * 1/4 cup gochujang paste  * 12 oz coconut cream  Directions  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Reserve about 1/4 cup of pasta water.  2. In a large pan, melt the butter and sauté the garlic and red pepper flakes on low.  3. Add in the gochujang paste and cook until dark red (about 3-5 minutes). Season with the salt.  4. Slowly add in the coconut cream and stir. Cook until sauce thickens.  5.
