NO FRY PANEER 65  Method  - take 200 gm paneer cut into cubes  • - add salt, red chilli powder, haldi powder, garam masala  • - add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1/2 lime juice  • - add chopped curry leaves and coriander leaves  • - add 1.5 tbs corn flour and 1 tbs rice flour  • - Mix everything well  • - Sprinkle some water  • - Make thick marination  • - now in a pan, heat up some oil  • - shallow-fry till you get golden colour from each side of paneer  • - now prepare tadka - 1 tsp oil, Jeera, chopped ginger & garlic, curry leaves and chili  • - cook paneer in tadka  • - No Fry Paneer 65 is ready  • Enjoy.  https://www.instagram.com/reel/CgMnp7eDjqn/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y=

Ingredients & method:
 • Oil - 2tbsp
 • Butter
 • Cumin seeds - 1tsp
 • Cardamom- 2, cloves- 3
 • Garlic cloves - 5
 • Green chilli - 1
 • Oinion - 4
 • ---Saute---
 • Tomato - 3
 • Cashews- 3tbsp
 • ---Cover for 10min at low flame
 • ---Once tomato softens remove pan from flame and let it cool completely.
 • ---Once it's done then grind it to make paste. ---To make smooth paste strain it and remove the residue
 • -- Again add some:
 • Oil - 1tbsp
 • Butter
 • Smooth paste
 • Water - 1 cup
 • ---Then add spices:
 • Turmeric powder + chilli powder + salt + garam masala - 1tsp each
 • Coriander powder - 1&1/2 tsp
 • --- Mix everything and once oil separates add
 • Cream/malai - 2tbsp
 • --- i also add some sugar - 1tsp (optional)
 • Paneer
 • Coriander leaves

Ingredients 
 • Lets make Paneer Rice together.

1. Heat a pan, Add 1 tbsp oil followed by tsp of Jeera and thinly sliced onions.
 • 2. Some spring onions and Veggies of choice, Do not overcook.
 • 3. Add spices - Turmeric , Coriander Pwder and Salt as per taste.
 • 4. Let it cook and now add a tbsp of Sriracha and Maggi Magic Masala.
 • 5. Toss it nicely, Add the paneer and rice.

6. Enjoy hot with Chutneyy or Raita.

 • Onion- 1 cup (Cook the onion well for 4-5 mins)
 • Red chilli powder- 1 Tbsp
 • Haldi- 1 Tsp
 • Coriander powder- 1 Tbsp
 • Black salt- 1 Tbsp
 • Tomatoes- 1-1/2 cup (one and a half)
 • Tomato purée- 1/4 cup
 • Kaju paste- 2 Tbsp (optional)
 • Fresh cream- 1/4 cup
 • Salt to taste
