15min · 6 servings Pancake Muffins • 1 cup Krusteaz Light & Fluffy Pancake Mix • 1 egg • 1/2 cup milk of choice Preheat oven to 375. Mix all ingredients. Spray the muffin tin with cooking spray. Fill muffin cups half way, then add toppings of choice. Top with the remaining pancake mix. Bake for around 15 minutes and golden brown. Enjoy on their own or top with syrup!
