Coming up with new variations brings me far too much excitement & this one was an absolute vibeeee 🫐  Makes 3-5 servings. ▫️ 200g rolled oats ▫️ 2 bananas ▫️ 60g @myprotein salted caramel soy protein ▫️ 420ml milk ▫️ 1 tsp baking powder ▫️ 120g frozen blueberries, warmed in the microwave with 1 tsp maple syrup ▫️ 6 tbsps greek style vanilla yoghurt  👩‍🍳 just assemble as shown, bake in the oven (180 degrees Celsius) for 35-40 mins and you’re good to go! This is one of our more simple recipes made with just 4 ingredients ⬇️

Blueberries (of course)
 • Low Fat Vanilla Greek Yogurt @twogoodyogurt 
 • MCT Oil @vitatradingco 

•Dark Chocolate Chips

✨Pro Tip: When melting dark chocolate use MCT Oil instead of coconut oil. MCT oil is a more healthy fat option and gives you a natural energy boost✨

Directions: 
 • mix about 1-2 cups of blueberries with 2 large spoonfuls of Greek yogurt (enough to coat the blueberries) 
 • add mixture to lined dish and flatten 
 • freeze for 1-2 hours 
 • melt 1/3 cup chocolate chips with 1 tbsp MCT Oil 
 • drizzle over frozen blueberry mixture 
 • put back into freezer for at least 45 minutes or until solid 
 • break apart and enjoy!
