• 3/4 cup Strawberry reduction

Refrigerated

• 1/4 cup Dairy-free milk

• 2 Eggs, large

Condiments

• 1 1/4 tbsp Lemon juice

Baking & Spices

• 2 tsp Baking powder

• 1 3/4 cup Gluten-free flour blend *check to see if it contains xanthan or guar gum

• 25 tbsp Granulated sugar

• 5 1/2 cups Icing sugar

• 1 pinch Sea salt, fine

• 2 tsp Sea salt, fine

• 1 tsp Vanilla extract

• 1/2 tsp Xanthan gum *omit if gf blend contains it or using regular cake flour

Oils & Vinegars

• 2 tbsp Canola or vegetable oil

Dairy

• 2 2/3 cup Butter, dairy-free salted
