Ingredients:
 • 4 sheets of thawed puff pastry
 • 1 cup of pumpkin purée (not pumpkin pie
 • filling)
 • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
 • 2 eggs (divided)
 • 2 TBS heavy whipping cream
 • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
 • 1/8 tsp salt
 • 1 tsp vanilla extract
 • 1 tsp water for egg wash
 • For sprinkling
 • 2 TBS granulated sugar
 • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
 • INSTRUCTIONS:
 • 1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
 • 2. Roll out thawed puff pastry with a rolling
 • pin 8 inches by 14 inches.
 • 3. Using a pumpkin shaped cookie cutter cut out pumpkin shapes from the puff pastry. Place the pumpkin shapes on the parchment lined baking sheet.
