ingredients
 • 2 cups oat flour (i used homemade)
 • 1/2 tsp baking powder
 • 1/2 tsp herbed salt (or try 1/4 tsp sea salt + 1/4 tsp onion powder + 1/4 tsp garlic salt)
 • 2 TBS nutritional yeast
 • 3 TBS olive oil
 • 1/2 cup room temperature water

instructions
 • 1. add the oat flour, baking powder, salt and nutritional yeast to a large bowl and mix well.
 • 2. pour in the olive oil and water and mix again until a thick dough forms.
 • 3. place the dough on a large piece of parchment paper and cover with a separate piece of parchment paper. roll out the dough into a thin layer.

A simple and easy olive oil cracker

Ingredients:
 • 
 • 2 cups of flour
 • 1 ½ cups of water
 • 6 tablespoons of olive oil
 • 1 spoon of fine salt

Toppings:
 • Zaatar spice
 • Garlic Salt
 • Dried onion & salt

preparation method:
 • Heat the oven to 160 degrees c.
 • In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together and beat with a whisk until a smooth batter is obtained.
 • Line a large, flat tray with baking paper.
 • Pour the batter on the baking paper, add the toppings you like and put in the oven for 50 minutes.
 • Increase the oven heat to 180 degrees and continue baking for another 10 minutes.
 • Remove from the oven and immediately pour a little olive oil all over the pan.
 • Wait 15 minutes to cool and break into the desired size.
