Total Body Strength 💥  Here’s a great strength workout if you want to target a little bit of everything!   Let’s hit 3 to 4 sets of each exercise and do this in supersets. So take the first two slides, hit for 3 to 4 sets, then move onto the next two slides. That way you have an upper body and a lower body, which can really be time efficient! When one is resting, the other is working and vice versa.
