 • 1 2 lb bag of frozen southern style/diced hash browns 
 • 16 oz of sour cream
 • 1 can of cream of chicken 
 • 1 stick of melted butter 
 • 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese 
 • Garlic powder 
 • Salt and pepper to taste
 • 2 cups of crushed corn flakes 
 • 6 TBSP of melted butter 

Steps
 • spray a 9x13 baking dish and preheat the oven to 350 degrees 
 • combine diced hash browns, sour cream, cream of chicken, 1 stick of melted butter, shredded cheddar cheese, and some garlic powder 
 • mix together well
 • crush about 2 cups of corn flakes and spread over potatoes 
 • pour 6 TBSP of butter over the top
 • bake at 350 degrees for about an hour or until potatoes are cooked through and tender

The Best Double Baked Potatoes- these are a staple for our Christmas menu and worth the time and effort! Also they are a great make ahead option and reheat really well!

Ingredients: 
 • 4 large Gold potatoes 
 • 1 1/3 package cream cheese (1/3 package for topping them off) @phillycreamchs 
 • 1/4 cup butter, melted @kerrygoldusa 
 • 2 tsp salt 
 • 6 green onion stalks (reserve half to top off) 
 • Black pepper to taste 
 • Espelette to taste on top (alternatively you can use paprika)

Method: 
 • 1. Preheat oven to 425 F; 
 • 2. Wash, pat dry, fork and wrap potatoes in aluminum foil; 
 • 3. Bake on the middle rack for about 1 hour until cooked through;
