This salad makes for a great side dish but I also love enjoying it as a snack with some corn chips 🤤 Ingredients: 1 Lebanese cucumber, diced 1 can (375g) chickpeas, rinsed and drained 1 punnet of cherry tomatoes, diced 1/2 a red onion, diced 1 avocado, diced Coriander, finely chopped Dressing A drizzle of olive oil Salt Juice of half a lemon Add everything to a salad bowl. Mix serve and enjoy!

Let it sit for 2–3 minutes to soften the chocolate. 4. Stir until smooth: Gently stir the mixture with a whisk or spatula until the chocolate is fully melted and the ganache is smooth and glossy. 5. Ingredients  Hot chocolate: 9oz 70% dark chocolate, chopped 1 ½ cup whole milk ½ cup heavy cream 1 ½ Tbsp granulated sugar Very small pinch of salt  Vanilla Cream: 2 cups cream 1-2 vanilla beans or 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 Tbsp granulated sugar  Serve with croissants (optional) For the Vanilla cream, In a Large bowl add, heavy cream, granulated sugar and Vanilla. Mix with a hand mixer or whisk until stiff peaks form. Add to a piping bag fitted with a star tip and set aside.  For the hot chocolate and a medium pot over medium low heat add whole milk, heavy cream and sugar. whisk well, heat until steamy hot, turn off the heat, then add the chopped chocolate and salt. whisk until the chocolate melts. Keep warm. In a small bowl pipe the whipped cream into a large mound.

Just make sure to use a vegan milk that doesn't have nuts in it. I love using homemade milk because it's creamier but store bought is fine. This recipe is amazing hot or cold.   CHICKPEA NUTELLA:  1 can (1 1/2 cup) chickpea, drained  1 1/2 cup vegan milk (I use homemade)  1 cup vegan chocolate chips  5 medjool dates or to taste  1 Tbsp maple syrup or to taste  1 tsp coconut oil (optional)  1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)  1/4 tsp pink salt  ← Blend everything until very creamy. Taste for sweetness. Add more milk if it is too thick.  Refrigerate to set

This will make it easier for the dates to blend!  🎉Strain and reserve the water then add your dates into a blender with the vanilla and a pinch of salt.  💦 Add water as needed to thin until you’re able to blend. I used a little over a cup of the reserved water.  Store and enjoy!!! 🤗

Preheat oven to 350°F. Brown 1 stick of butter and let cool. Line a greased 9" cake pan with parchment, arrange pear slices in a spiral. In a saucepan, melt 6 tbsp butter, then add 1/3 cup maple syrup, 1/4 cup sugar, and rosemary; boil 3 mins until frothy, discard rosemary, and pour over pears. In one bowl, mix 1½ cups flour, 1½ tsp baking powder, 1 tsp cinnamon, ½ tsp ginger, 1 tsp salt. In another, mix browned butter, ¾ cup sugar, ½ cup brown sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla, and ⅓ cup milk.
