Ingredients  • 1 8" chocolate sponge cake  • 2 cups fresh milk  • 1/2 cup fresh cream  • 1 cup melted dark chocolate  • 1 tsp instant coffee powder  • 3 tbsp cornflour  • 6 tbsp sugar  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder  • 2 tbsp butter  Method  • 1. In a saucepan, add milk, cream, cocoa powder, sugar, cornflour, and coffee powder.  • 2. Lastly add in the melted chocolate and bring this mixture to a boil.  • 3. Take your Chocolate sponge(homemade or store-bought) and very carefully using a knife and spoon, make a well in the centre of the cake.  • 4. Pour the pudding mixture into this well.  • 5. Sprinkle some sea salt over it and let it chill in the fridge till the pudding sets.

 • 1 + ½ cups maida
 • 3/4 cups cocoa powder
 • ½ tsp baking soda
 • 1 tsp baking powder
 • 1 dark chocolate bar

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 for about 35 -40 minutes! Once done, place the chocolate bar above the cake, and microwave for 1 minute!

INGREDIENTS: (for about 4 bombs)
 • - 200 g chocolate of choice
 • - 8tsp hot chocolate mix
 • - 4 tbsp mini marshmallows
 • - Sprinkles and chocolates of choice
 • ** I used vegan chocolate, marshmallows and sprinkles

INSTRUCTIONS:
 • Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30 seconds pulses until fully melted.
 • Pour about 2 tbsp of melted chocolate into each silicone mold. Use the spoon to evenly spread the chocolate up the sides of the molds. Scrape the excess chocolate and freeze for 10 minutes. If the chocolate isn't thick enough, repeat this process one more time on each mold.
 • Once set, remove the chocolate cups out of the molds and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
 • Place half of them (seam side up) in cupcake liners.
