Brown the beef, Thai red chili paste, green onion tops and garlic over medium heat until beef is cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
Peanut Ginger Dressing
Whisk all dressing ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Set aside until ready to construct your salad.
Salad Assembly
