Here's how to make a weapon from insulation foam and Worbla! 1. Draw out your pattern on the foam. 2. Cut out with an exacto knife. 3. Add dimension by cutting off edges. 4. Sand smooth with sand paper. 5. Sandwich in Worbla and make contact between the two sheets at the edges of your prop. 6. Trim the excess Worbla and smooth out seams with a modelling tool.
