 • 3½ cups (440 g) all-purpose flour
 • ¾ cup (180 ml) warm milk
 • ¼ cup (50 g) sugar
 • 2 tsp instant yeast
 • 1 tsp salt
 • 1 large egg
 • ¼ cup (60 g) soft unsalted butter
 • For egg wash: 1 egg + 1 tbsp milk
 • Sesame seeds (optional)

💁‍♂️Instructions:

Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Add flour, salt, egg, and butter. Knead for 8–10 minutes until soft and smooth.

Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled.

Punch down the dough, divide into equal pieces, and shape into squares or balls.
Arrange on a greased tray.

Let the rolls rise again for 30–40 minutes.

Brush with egg wash (egg + milk).
Sprinkle sesame seeds.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 18–22 minutes until golden
