Ingredients 
 • Lets make Paneer Rice together.

1. Heat a pan, Add 1 tbsp oil followed by tsp of Jeera and thinly sliced onions.
 • 2. Some spring onions and Veggies of choice, Do not overcook.
 • 3. Add spices - Turmeric , Coriander Pwder and Salt as per taste.
 • 4. Let it cook and now add a tbsp of Sriracha and Maggi Magic Masala.
 • 5. Toss it nicely, Add the paneer and rice.

6. Enjoy hot with Chutneyy or Raita.

Chilli Paneer!!😍  Step-by-step recipe:  • ▪️Take 350 grams paneer in a bowl.  • ▪️Add salt, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 3 tbsp corn flour and 2 tbsp maida. Add a little water and gently mix. Keep aside.  • ▪️Heat oil in pan.  • ▪️Add paneer cubes into the hot oil.  • ▪️Fry until the paneer cubes get golden brown and crispy.  • ▪️Drain and keep aside.  • ▪️Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.  • ▪️Add 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp ginger and some dried red chillies. Sauté for few seconds.  • ▪️Add 2 tbsp chopped green onions. Sauté for a minute.  • ▪️Add 1 cup onion quartered and 1 cup capsicum cut into squares.
