1️⃣Preheat the oven to 425 F. 2️⃣Place the cheese, salmon, tomatoes and spinach in a baking dish. Drizzle olive oil on top and season with salt and pepper. 3️⃣Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the salmon is cooked to an internal temp of 145 F and flakes easily, and cherry tomatoes have burst.
