
Anne Li
Senior Product Manager
Anne Li (she/her) is a Senior Product Manager who focuses on NPR's strategy for its primary API, the Content Distribution Service. She has long been passionate about building a cohesive digital distribution strategy for the NPR Network's journalism. Previously, she was the product manager for the Voice Platforms team, and before that, the emerging platforms lead for NPR One, the engine that powers personalized and curated news and podcast experiences across various platforms, including voice platforms and mobile devices.
In 2020, she was a member of the inaugural production team that launched Coronavirus Daily, NPR's now-retired daily podcast that highlighted the latest and most vital reporting on the COVID-19 pandemic.
Prior to her work at NPR, Li was the interactive audio producer at The Washington Post, where she worked on digital audio stories and launched daily podcasts targeted at audiences who rely on voice assistants for news and other reporting. She started her journalism career as a reporter at West Virginia Public Broadcasting.
Li graduated in 2016 with a degree in journalism from Northwestern University. There, she was a fellow at the Northwestern University Knight Lab. She is from Athens, Ohio.
